The eighth grade team was very encouraged by the feedback from parents who attended Tuesday evening, Back-to-School-Night.  We would like to thank them again for taking the time to meet with us, and also reaffirm our strong willingness to work with parents throughout the academic year. 

We feel student make-up this year is one that displays a group that is as unique, as they are diverse, and this will allow for many learning opportunities in our individual classrooms. 

We realize that things are still relatively early, but all indications are that eighth graders are well on their way towards a strong transitional year towards high school. 

Mr. Tardif also wanted to extend his thanks to those parents that welcomed him so warmly, and verified to him how excited he is to be part of the AISJ community.

All Grade 8 students use their planners to record their assignments both short and long term.
