POSTING SCHOOL PROJECTS

If you want to post school projects to the ISKL server:

  • You must have an ISKL online account.
  • The ISKL Online administrator must add “web users” to your user groups.
  • In ISKL Online, choose Service-Home Page to create a folder.
  • Open the Home Page folder.  Go to Conference-New Folder.  Name it for your class.  Every class member must name it the same way if your pages are to be linked!!!
  • If you’re using MS Publisher, publish your web pages to a folder.
  • Select all the contents of that folder and drag them into the class folder.
  • The first page of your web site must be named index.html or index.htm  (MS Publisher does this automatically).  Or, your teacher can have an index page that links to all of the student pages.

  • Your web page can now be viewed with an internet browser.  The address is www.iskl.edu.my/~firstname_ last name/classfoldername
