Summary
Cognitive coaching, a model of peer coaching, provides a format for
teacher improvement mediated by conversation and reflection on student
learning in a collegial relationship. The presenter describes each coaching
stage: planning, observation and reflecting. The participant learns how
peer coaching empowers a teacher to work toward enhanced student learning.
