Dr.Dre
Dr.Dre has made himself Hip Hop history. In 1985 he started a group called N.W.A. This group included: Ice Cube, Mc Ren, Eazy-E, and Yella. They continued making hits, such as, "Straight out of Compton."  It is there that Dr.Dre discovered his new producing talent. The group slowly  seperated after the Death of Eazy-E. He died from the HIV AIDS. Dr.Dre kept his head up and signed to Death Row Records. In 1994 he joined with friends Tupac and Snoop Dogg. They were controlled by Death Row Producer Suge Knight. In 1995 Tupac and Dr.Dre had conflicts. So in 1996 he resigned from Death Row Records. A few months later Tupac died. In 1998 Dr.Dre started his own record label called Aftermath Records. He then released Dr.Dre 2001. He found artists such as Eminem, Truth Hurts, and Rakim.
Eminem
Eminem a Hip Hop legend, had a difficult childhood. As a child Eminem was taught something that was not true. His parents would tell him that he was crazy. At the age of  17 he started rapping underground. He was influenced because he lived in a black neighbor hood. He lived in Detroit. He was found by Legendary producer: Dr.Dre. After joining the aftermath , he released his own album: Slim Shady LP. Unlike his second album the Slim Shady LP was not too successful. His second album, Marshal Mathers was very successful. It featured great West Coast rappers as Snoop Dogg, Dr.Dre, Xzibit and Nate Dogg. His hit songs were "The Real Slim Shady", and "I'm."  After gaining enough money, he started his own record label called "Shady Records." There he found artists like the D12, Obie Trice and 50 Cent. In 2001 he released his latest album "Eminem Show."

P.Diddy
P.Diddy has made himself a Hip Hop businessman from all the way back, when he was known as Puff Daddy. In 1993 Puff Daddy started his own record label. It was called "Bad Boys." Bad Boys included artist like Mary J. Blidge, Mase and the Notorious Biggie Smalls. Ignoring the conflict between Bad Boys and West Coast Record label Deathrow, Bad Boys records were the kings of East Coast Hip Hop. With Biggie's Lyrics and Puff Daddy's producing, they were on there way to the top. Sadly Biggie Smalls (Christopher Wallace) was murdered in Los Angeles, 1997. This gave a down hill to the label, but still did not stop Puff Daddy from  laying down tracks. In 1999 Puff Daddy followed his heart and fell  in love with Music artist/actress Jennifer Lopez. The couple was happy  until  late 2000 early 2001. One day Puff Daddy, Jennifer Lopez and Shyne went to a club in New York. Something  went wrong and gun shots went off. Puff Daddy, Shyne, and Jenifer  Lopez went to trial. Luckily Jenifer and  Puff Daddy were relesed. But unlucky for Shyne. He got 3 years in prison. Because of this, Puff Daddy changed his name to P.Diddy. He did not want to be known as Puff Daddy anymore. He started his own clothing called Sean John. He now is trying to design jerseys for N.B.A. team Dallas Mavericks.
Kabelo
Kabelo one of the kings of Kwaito along with Mandoza, Skwata Camp, and Zola. Kwaito is like South African Hip Hop which is not only done by men but also by women. In 2000 he went to rehab for his drug use. But in 2001  he came back very fresh. He released his album "African Streets" He put all his negative things behind him and looked forward. He appeared in the Kora awards and sang his single from his Debut Album. He is probably  working on his new album yet to come. Hopefully it will be another great album to satisfy Kwaito fans.
Mandoza
Mandoza is an aspiring Kwaito artist in South Africa.  He has recently shown himself in a concert in Johannesburg South Africa.  Mandoza is usually seen in his videos with Kabelo.   Mandoza has produced many hit songs such as Tornado, 50-50,  and Godoba.  Mandoza has his own style of dancing, which involves rocking back and forth while standing.  Mandoza mixes a style of English, and South African words in his music which gives him a special style.
